With a strong presence in the hyperscale and mission critical sector, they deliver complex ground-up data center builds, mission critical infrastructure projects, and high-value MEP-intensive construction developments for some of the world’s largest technology and cloud providers.Due to continued growth across the Data Center construction market, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven hyperscale, mission critical, and data center construction experience to support major ongoing and upcoming projects nationwide.About the role:The Project Manager will lead large-scale Data Center construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover, acting as the primary operational and client-facing leader across mission critical developments.This position will focus heavily on:Hyperscale Data Center ConstructionMission Critical Project DeliveryGround-Up Data Center BuildsMEP Coordination & OversightConstruction Scheduling & Budget ManagementClient & Stakeholder ManagementCommissioning CoordinationSubcontractor Procurement & ManagementExecutive Reporting & ForecastingTeam Leadership & MentorshipKey responsibilities include:Managing large-scale mission critical construction projects valued up to $500M+Overseeing all project operations including schedule, budget, procurement, and executionLeading complex MEP coordination and constructability reviewsManaging subcontractors, vendors, and project teams across active construction sitesActing as the primary liaison between the client, field teams, and executive leadershipDriving schedule certainty and risk mitigation across fast-track data center projectsSupporting business growth through strong client relationship managementMentoring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project EngineersThis role requires full-time site presence within active data center construction environments and the ability to travel nationally where required.About the candidate:The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mission critical construction, hyperscale data center projects, and large-scale commercial or industrial construction environments.Candidates should possess:10+ years of construction project management experienceMinimum 5 years within Data Center Construction or Mission Critical ConstructionProven track record delivering large-scale hyperscale or colocation projects valued between $50M–$500M+Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems within critical environmentsExperience overseeing commissioning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project executionExpertise managing fast-track construction schedules and complex stakeholder environmentsProficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and construction management softwareStrong client-facing communication and leadership skillsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredThe successful candidate will ideally have experience working for:Data Center General ContractorsMission Critical Construction FirmsMEP ContractorsHyperscale Data Center BuildersEPC ContractorsLarge-scale Commercial or Industrial Construction Companies transitioning into Data Centers
