MANTECH seeks a motivated, career, and team-oriented Senior Program Manager to support a DHS customer in National Capital Region.As part of this mission, you will help the organization maintain its prestigious designation as a Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSP) and Center of Excellence (COE). Our team provides comprehensive, 24/7/365 security services supporting an expansive network across LANs, WANs, and advanced Cloud-based infrastructures. This is a unique opportunity to utilize a "kill chain" process to thwart Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and implement cutting-edge technologies like Zero Trust Architecture, AI/ML risk mitigation, and Post-Quantum Computing readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor contract personnel performance and identify service quality improvements.Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for SOC operations.Manage project plans, master schedules, and resource mapping for high-priority initiatives.Lead monthly financial reporting, including labor costs, travel, and projected burn rates.Coordinate special projects related to Executive Orders and Federal mandates.Support Zero Trust Architecture and Post-Quantum Computing readiness for our DHS customer.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 10+ years of project/program management experience (7+ years security-related) OR a Master's Degree and 7+ years of experience (5+ years security-related).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Industry certification related to security or incident response (e.g., CEH, GIAC).Preferred SkillsExperience managing complex IT programs within a federal agency.Expertise in Zero Trust implementation, Cybersecurity Service Provider support, and strategic technology roadmaps.Experience with post-quantum computing assessment/implementation Clearance RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen with no dual citizenship.Must hold an active Secret clearance AND be eligible for a Top-Secret clearance with SCI.Must be able to obtain and maintain an ICE Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.Physical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers and customers.
