Job Description Spray Foam Rig Operator / Driver – West Palm Beach / Palm Beach CountyAirtight Spray Foam Insulation, LLC is a growing, family-owned insulation contractor serving South Florida. We specialize in spray foam insulation, attic performance, moisture control, and indoor air quality solutions. We are currently seeking a dependable, hard-working Spray Foam Rig Operator / Driver to join our team.This position is ideal for someone who is experienced working around spray foam equipment, comfortable towing trailers and operating work trucks, and capable of representing our company professionally on job sites. This role is physically demanding and requires working in hot attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas throughout the day.We are looking for someone who is reliable, team-oriented, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and takes pride in their work.What You'll DoSafely drive company trucks and pull spray foam trailers to job sitesOperate and monitor spray foam rig equipment, hoses, and spray systemsAssist lead sprayer with spray foam application as neededHelp with setup, masking, prep work, cleanup, and daily rig maintenanceWork alongside crew members on residential and light commercial projectsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional job siteCommunicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team membersRepresent Airtight Spray Foam Insulation professionally as the "face" of the spray rigWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredComfortable towing trailers and driving work trucks dailySpray foam and/or insulation experience preferredAbility to work in hot attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces for extended periodsStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendanceTeam player willing to help wherever needed on the job siteAble to lift 50+ lbs consistentlyBasic communication and customer service skills requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesSteady, year-round workFamily-owned company with growth opportunitiesPaid training available for the right candidateOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding spray foam divisionScheduleMonday–FridayOccasional Saturdays if neededStart time: 7:30 AM (end time varies by job site)LocationProjects are primarily located throughout Palm Beach County and Martin County.
