Travel- RN Operating Room (Contract Role)Job Details:Location: Utica, NY 13502Duration: 13-weeks contractShift: 10-hr Days | 7:00 AM to 5:30 PMGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekWeekly Pay Rate: $2,320-$2,480; (Negotiable based on experience) Key Responsibilities:Assist in surgical procedures as a circulating or scrub nurseCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe patient carePrepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterileMonitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operativelyMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMRFollow strict aseptic and sterile techniquesRespond quickly and effectively to emergency situationsEducate patients and families on surgical procedures and post-op care when appropriateParticipate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiativesEnsure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines Requirements:Experience: 2+ years of experience as a OR RN and documents travel experience - RequiredTrauma and Neuro experience - Required.EPIC EMR experience - Required.License: Current and Active RN license in New York - Required.Certifications: AHA BLS Required.
