Recruiter

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Duties: Source, attract, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's needs and job requirements. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and internal referrals. Conduct pre-screening and phone interviews to narrow down the pool of candidates. Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and logistics. Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the ideal candidate for each position. Create and update job postings, ensuring they accurately reflect the job requirements and company culture. Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and up-to-date. Provide ongoing support to new employees during their onboarding process. Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure new hires are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment or human resources. Strong knowledge of employee relations and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with training development and employee evaluation processes. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, including Salesforce. Experience with internal recruiting and employee orientation processes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
