DescriptionAs a Digital Billing Operations Specialist, you will be a part of a collaborative support team: primarily responsible for inputting digital media bills into our accounting system based on budgets and actuals, creating purchase orders, reviewing vendor bills and media statements for accuracy, and assisting accounting, operations, and media planning/buying teams with tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving abilities, exceptional organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across a variety of teams. Moore Media & Digital, a division of Moore, work to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media, where you know who the person you are targeting is. This includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part of this is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design. Please note that this is a hybrid position out of our Lanham, MD office. Your Impact:Create sales orders in NetSuite for all digital media clients. Create purchase orders in NetSuite for digital media campaigns. Track digital campaign budgets and actual spend. Regularly review media reconciliation statements for accuracy, troubleshoot errors, and keep teams apprised of issues related to over or under spend. Ensure clients are set up accurately across all tracking platforms. Help maintain and QC projections vs. actuals reporting. Review vendor invoices for accuracy. Assist with documentation of billing processes, and make recommendations to management for process improvements that will streamline or improve billing procedures, particularly as needs change. Adhere to organizational and departmental policies and procedures, and follow guidelines for internal controls. Attend internal meetings as necessary to ensure reporting is meeting the teams' needs and to stay apprised of changes in strategy. Your Profile:1-2 years of related experience or internships. Digital, billing, or administrative experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent from accredited college or university. Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail, taking pride in producing error-free reports. Solid problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Adaptability in situations where priorities, demands, and timelines conflict and/or shift. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on tact and diplomacy, and ability to work collaboratively across many teams. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Teams. Experience with Netsuite preferred. Familiarity with accounting/billing, digital media (The Trade Desk, Google, Meta, etc.), direct response fundraising, or marketing a plus.
