Lead Interior Designer

At AGSIA Design , we create interiors that speak your story and live your lifestyle.We are a Miami-based studio focused on high-end residential and boutique commercial projects, with a strong emphasis on curated, intentional design.We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our team — someone with a strong design sensibility, a refined eye for materials and composition, and the ability to lead projects from concept through execution.ResponsibilitiesLead projects from concept through constructionDevelop design presentations, material palettes, and layoutsCoordinate and oversee detailed AutoCAD drawing sets (plans, elevations, millwork)Build and manage SketchUp modelsCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractorsOversee selections, specifications, and overall design implementationConduct site visits and support project executionRequirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in interior designStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUpExperience in high-end residential projects preferredStrong understanding of construction and detailingFluent in Spanish and English (required)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong communication and presentation skillsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time offReferral programExperience:Interior design: 10 years (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Required)English (Required)Work Location: In person
