Team Fishel is a national provider of utility engineering with one of the best reputations in the industry, proudly serving the electric power, low voltage, technology/data center, natural gas and telecommunication industries since 1936.The Technology Implementation Specialist is a high-impact role supporting the rollout of a critical platform that will transform how projects are executed across the business. You will play a key role in helping field teams move from manual processes to a fully integrated, technology-driven workflow.The average salary range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000, and is dependent upon experience. A competitive benefits package including profit sharing incentives is also part of total compensation.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, field-capable professional to lead the implementation and adoption of the Vitruvi platform across our utility construction operations.This role sits at the intersection of technology, field operations, and project execution. You will work directly with field teams to deploy, train, and optimize the use of Vitruvi in real-world project environments, as a Vitruvi Project Implementation Coordinator and GIS Integration Specialist.This is a field-facing implementation, integration and training position focused on driving successful system adoption and improving project execution through technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead field-level implementation of the Vitruvi platform across multiple operating regionsTravel to field offices to support rollout and onboardingTrain field crews, project managers, and office staff on Vitruvi usage, including mobile applicationsTranslate existing field workflows into the Vitruvi platform, including:Project setup and trackingWork breakdown structuresPermitting and easement managementEnd-to-end project lifecycle trackingPartner with field leadership to ensure adoption and effective use of the systemProvide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and user guidance during implementationIdentify opportunities to improve processes and expand utilization of Vitruvi capabilitiesServe as the internal subject matter expert on Vitruvi and its application within field operationsBuild strong relationships with field teams to drive engagement and long-term successRequired QualificationsHands-on experience using Vitruvi in a utility construction, telecom, or infrastructure environmentStrong understanding of field operations and project workflows (fiber, telecom, natural gas, or similar)Experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, or field-level technology adoptionAbility to train and support field personnel in both group and one-on-one settingsWillingness and ability to travel to field locations as neededStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field teams and leadershipPreferred (Not Required)Experience with GIS-enabled project management or construction platformsBackground in telecommunications, fiber optics, or critical infrastructure constructionFamiliarity with tools such as GIS platforms or AutoCADProject coordination or project management experienceTeam Fishel offers excellent industry training and a career development path for our Teammates.
