The main focus of this position is to truly embody the company culture and lead all departments towards the company's goals. This starts with a genuine understanding of our brands and the history behind them. To be successful in this position you must exemplify and embrace hospitality and all that it stands for. Our guests are the reason we are here and making them feel welcome and special with a reason to come back and see us is what we’re all about. The other responsibilities of the Server include (but are not limited to): * Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience * Taking orders, answering questions about the menu and food, suggestively selling the restaurant's food and drinks * Taking payment/ability to learn our POS * Communicating orders with the kitchen staff * Occasionally seating guests and helping with customer service * Various cleaning duties * Teamwork The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of high volume restaurant serving experience.
