We're looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to help drive the adoption of our VoiceAI solutions among our most strategic customers.About the role:As our first Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in building and delivering VoiceAI solutions to our key clients. You will work closely with our field engineering team to scope, plan, and execute projects that bring the future of voice technology to our customers.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Vapi's most strategic customers to bring VoiceAI to production and drive business outcomesOwn technical and business scoping, kick-off, implementation, project planning, and vision with key stakeholdersLead project and customer interactions, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfactionWork closely with field engineering to ensure seamless project executionRequirements:2-4 years of consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar)CS or Eng Degree Strong business acumen and commercial awarenessExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholdersNice to have:Experience with AI, voice technology, or software developmentFamiliarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise softwareWhat we offer:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge VoiceAI solutionsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and benefits packageLocation:San Francisco (ideal) or NYC70% Bay Area / 30% NYC travel (approximately 2-3 trips per month)Reports to: SVP Field Ops
