Operations Engineer
Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Operational Excellence Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives directly within our manufacturing operations. This role is embedded within the plant and focused on improving day-to-day operational performance across safety, quality, throughput, cost, productivity, and operational stability. This is not a corporate consulting or strategy-focused position. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged on the manufacturing floor, partnering closely with operators, supervisors, technicians, and plant leadership to identify inefficiencies, solve production problems, and implement sustainable Lean manufacturing improvements.
