Territory Manager - The Bronx Territory

The Commercial team is essential to Tropicana Brand Group's success by driving revenue growth, acquiring and retaining customers, and providing valuable market insights. Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals, help shape pricing and product development and keep the company competitive and responsive to market shifts. By building strong customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities for growth, the team contributes to both short-term and long-term success. Your Next Pour: The OpportunityWe are looking to add a Territory Manager to our Metro New York Sales team. This role will be responsible for influencing and leading a team of Independent Operators covering the Bronx Territory. The territory covers all channels of trade including Small Format, Grocery, Convenience, Bodega stores and Foodservice. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include: IO Customer and Retailer support at market level Manage 10+ Independent Operators Lead business opportunities with Solutions and metric reporting support Engage with customer with building POD's along with implementing POG Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment The Perfect Blend: Experience Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably within a Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food/Beverage organization Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and follow-up skills Seasoned in conflict management Strong computer skills Excellent analytical ability Foundational Ingredients: RequirementsBachelor's degree preferably in business administration or 7 years of sales experience Ability to work a flexible schedule involving early mornings, evenings and/or weekend Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Must be located in the Bronx, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
