Job DescriptionPartner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve organizational performance. Collaborate with teams to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR practices. Manage employee performance review processes and support career development initiatives. Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Business Partner should have:
A strong background in human resources within the insurance, financial services or professional services industries.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
