Tier 3 City Manager Operations & Workforce ManagementLocation: Hiram, GA (Greater Atlanta Area)Position Type: Contract (W-2)Level: Tier 3 ManagementTravel: 100% Required Around Atlanta, GA (Multiple local sites)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tier 3 City Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance across multiple locations in the Hiram / Greater Atlanta area. This role serves as a key leadership position responsible for managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 employees, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining staffing levels, and supporting client and internal leadership goals.This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable hiring, coaching, and managing teams while maintaining accountability for attendance, productivity, training, and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations across multiple work sites and ensure smooth execution of servicesInterview, hire, onboard, train, and terminate employees as neededEnsure employees arrive on time, take scheduled breaks, and follow company policiesMonitor performance, attendance, and productivity of Tier 1 and Tier 2 employeesConduct site visits and pop-in inspections across the greater Atlanta areaTrain new hires at new and existing locations and support ongoing employee developmentEnsure all orders, deadlines, and operational targets are metOversee timesheet accuracy and approve payroll submissionsSupport recruiting efforts and workforce planningServe as the primary escalation point for employee and operational issuesCommunicate regularly with senior leadership and provide status updatesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standardsMaintain a clean, professional, and customer-ready work environmentSupport and reinforce company culture, policies, and performance expectationsEssential Skills & QualificationsProven experience in a supervisory or management roleStrong leadership and people-management skillsExperience interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating employeesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsComfortable working independently and making decisionsProficient with basic computer systems and reporting toolsReliable transportation and willingness to travel between sitesAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift and move packages as neededMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentRequirementsValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust pass background check and drug screeningMust live within reasonable commuting distance of Hiram, GACustomer-facing or retail management experience strongly preferredExperience in logistics, operations, or workforce management is a plus- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.- Hire Aviation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Recruiting Agency.
