Maintenance Technician

The Salvation Army (Western) - 586 East Wigeon Way - Responsibilities: Daily monitor of all building facilities including swimming pools, athletic facilities, gymnasium, Chapel, parking lots, and landscaped areas; Daily check all electrical, security, communication, and ventilation systems for The Salvation Army Kroc Center buildings; Identify and implement any needed repairs or special projects to plumbing, electrical, windows, or structures; Repair, patch, and paint walls as needed; Submit/complete work orders as necessary
