Maintenance Technician / HVACVallejo, CA$70,000 – $75,000 annuallyFull-Time |About the RoleTeam 360 Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician / HVAC to support a campus facilities environment in Vallejo, CA. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with strong HVAC expertise and experience across electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff, while also supporting preventive maintenance programs and small facilities projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsTroubleshoot and repair equipment and building systemsMaintain and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, etc.)Address plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture repairsComplete general building maintenance (lighting, doors, flooring, painting)Accurately log maintenance activities and work ordersAssist with minor construction and campus projectsSupport safe operations and ensure compliance with safety standardsQualifications3+ years of experience in maintenance and HVAC (commercial or facilities preferred)Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple tradesExperience with preventive maintenance programsEPA 608 Certification (preferred)Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to read technical manuals and schematicsValid driver's license requiredCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually️ 10 days of paid vacation after 90 days of service401(k) (no employer match)Work EnvironmentCampus / educational settingMix of hands-on maintenance and project-based workTeam-oriented environment with leadership supportAbout the CompanyTeam 360 Staffing is a staffing agency that connects talented professionals with leading companies.
