You will lead complex HR initiatives while supporting executive leaders with high-impact people strategies and compliance guidance. Responsibilities include:Advising executives and business leaders on employee relations, compliance, workplace risk, and organizational strategyLeading complex workplace investigations and high-risk employee relations mattersProviding executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic HR consultationSupporting organizational change initiatives and workforce planning strategiesDeveloping HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and scalable HR processesConducting HR audits and identifying compliance risks and operational improvementsLeading large-scale client projects and serving as an escalation point for sensitive HR mattersMentoring junior HR team members and supporting internal development initiativesBuilding strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand HR solutions and servicesTraveling locally to client sites 2–4 days per week (no overnight travel required) to support onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field requiredMaster’s degree preferred8–10+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, and organizational developmentExperience supporting executive leadership teams and managing complex HR mattersPrior HR consulting experience strongly preferredSPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferredStrong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environmentStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and sound judgmentWhy Join Sage Solutions Group?Opportunity to partner with executives and high-level client organizationsMeaningful work that directly impacts organizational success and workplace cultureCollaborative, growth-oriented consulting environmentOpportunities for leadership, mentoring, and professional development
