All roles have an opportunity for career advancement once full time with our client and provide excellent benefits to their full-timeJob SummaryT he TGCM Technician supports semiconductor manufacturing by ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery and management of gases and chemicals essential to production. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining gas and chemical systems in a 24/7 environment with zero interruptions.Job DescriptionOperate and maintain liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery systemsConduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenanceComplete daily rounds, including: Recording system readings, Performing safety inspections, Monitoring gas and chemical systems, Verifying toxic gas monitoring systems, Conducting cylinder, drum, and tote change-outsExecute bulk gas and chemical trailer transfersFollow proper delivery procedures for all on-site productsTroubleshoot issues and escalate as neededServe as an active member of the Emergency Response TeamComplete required on-the-job training and qualifications within 12 monthsSupport safety, training, operational, and maintenance programsAssist in training contractors and junior techniciansAdhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) standards, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, and forklift operationsPerform minor analytical and sampling proceduresEnsure safety of personnel and surrounding environmentManage proper handling, labeling, and storage of hazardous wasteFollow procedures for spill response, material segregation, and waste shipment preparationSupport waste minimization initiativesMaintain compliance with applicable hazardous waste regulationsShift: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM exact days to be determinedSkills Required At least 1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsMechanical or electro-mechanical aptitudeAbility to respond effectively in emergency situationsUnderstanding of safety procedures and reporting requirementsAbility to train and mentor junior team membersAbility to lift up to 40 lbsAbility to stand and walk for up to 11 hours per shiftFrequent bending and physical activity requiredAbility to operate hydraulic equipment (e.g., drum pumps)Ability to wear a respirator and required PPEPreferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specialty gases, or chemical operationsMilitary technical, electronic, or nuclear field experienceBackground in a related industrial or high-tech environmentEducation H i gh School Diploma or GEDOr 5+ years of relevant experiencePay Rate $21 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)HireResource Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
