Floater Teacher
```Duties:```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum to promote early childhood development
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate learning and growth
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children in accordance with child welfare guidelines
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience in literacy education, curriculum development, and lesson planning
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
