Software Engineer/Developer

Overview In this role you will design, develop, test, and refine software for new and enhanced systems, supporting rapid prototyping and tool development for multi-INT operations. You will work within a skilled team to turn prototypes into operational capabilities and contribute to high-performance computing initiatives. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, state-of-the-art software practices, and solving intelligence-related challenges with impactful software solutions. ResponsibilitiesEngineer, test, and develop tool prototypes to advance multi-INT processing technologies and mission operationsLeverage modern software development standards, open source, and new toolsets for rapid prototyping and experiment supportSupport enterprise software development to innovate in high-performance computing including GPUsApply knowledge of imagery server development, web services, and tool-suites for R&D proof-of-concept experimentsTransition prototyping technologies into operational usePerform other related duties as required Key requirementsU.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor with 8+ years or Master with 6+ years of relevant experience (experience in lieu of a degree possible)Proficiency in full-lifecycle software development (design, development, testing, debugging, rapid prototyping)Proficiency in languages such as Python, Bash, C++, Java and automation scriptingFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools (GitLab CI, Ansible)Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong communication (verbal and written)leadership with a constructive, solutions-focused approachability to collaborate with cross-functional leadersPythonBashC++
