HVAC Install Apprentice

We’re growing and looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade, develop hands-on skills, and build a long-term career in HVAC. You’ll work closely with experienced installers, gaining practical knowledge while helping deliver high-quality installations and outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities & duties include: Create a positive customer experience Assist with the design, fabrication, and installation of various ducts and duct fittings Assist with installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment/accessories Perform start-ups on mini split systems, heat pumps and other air conditioning and heating systems and components Other tasks as needed High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent A minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able and willing to take and pass a drug screen and background check Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold), tight confined spaces, and sit/stand for long periods of time Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces Benefits: Health insurance (90% covered) Vision (100% covered) Dental (50% covered) Paid training Paid sick days Paid personal days Paid holidays Great work environment Excellent culture Uniforms provided by employer Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Supplemental Pay: Overtime Let’s Build Something Better — Together.
