The Journeyman will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance for plumbing, heating, and cooling systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, providing service solutions, ensuring work complies with established safety standards, and maintaining tools and equipment. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with customers, provide professional guidance, and maintain records of all completed services. Qualifications Proficiency in plumbing, HVAC systems, and general mechanical skillsExperience with troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and performing repairsKnowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations related to plumbing and HVAC systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyValid Journeyman license in the state of MassachusettsPhysical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and using toolsExperience with emergency and on-call service work is a plusPossession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
