In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, managing service requests, analyzing client feedback, and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven experience in Client RelationsEffective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team membersProficiency in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to resolve client concerns effectivelyAnalytical Skills to assess client needs, identify challenges, and recommend solutionsOrganizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts effectivelyAttention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetPrior experience in hospitality or related industries is a plus
