Production Operator
Location: 409 Technology Dr, Bastrop, TX 78602
Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
Reports To: Plant Manager and Production Manager
Production Operator will take important role in the production process by performing various
tasks to assemble, fabricate, or package goods according to company standards and
specifications. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work
effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing:
Perform manual assembly tasks, such as attaching parts, fastening components,
or operating machinery to manufacture or modify products.
Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
and adherence to quality standards.
Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and identify
any defects or abnormalities.
Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
(SOPs).
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and productivity
targets are met.
2. Inspection:
Perform manual assembly tasks, such as attaching parts, fastening components,
or operating machinery to fabricate products.
Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
and adherence to quality standards.
Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and identify
any defects or abnormalities.
3. Packaging and Labeling:
Perform manual assembly tasks, such as attaching parts, fastening components,
or operating machinery to fabricate products.
Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
and adherence to quality standards.
Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and identify
any defects or abnormalities.
4. Repairing:
Replacing or repairing damaged items.
Supporting manager to repair manufacturing facilities if it is broken.
5. Collaboration:
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment malfunctions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and
reduce waste.
Keep the production area and building clean, organized, and compliant with 5S
standards.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production
goals.
Assemble components and office products that is related to production area.
6. Facility Support and Equipment Setup:
Assemble office and factory fixtures, carts, desks, and related equipment
Support assembly and setup of office furniture and production support materials
Perform basic mechanical assembly of workplace equipment and material
handling carts.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for performing repetitive tasks with
precision.
Certified forklift operator is preferred.
Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to use tools preferred.
English skill is necessary.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly work preferred but not
required.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and performing calculations related to
production metrics.
Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and adapt to changing production
requirements.
Production Operator should understand whole products that is produced in Bastrop Campus.
This job has responsibility for manufacturing. Also, Production Operator should do additional work that is related to factory.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
