Inside Sales Specialist
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support Business Development and Key Account teams by managing inbound leads and guiding clients through the reservation process.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries, assessing client housing needs and recommending suitable options
Accurately enter and maintain client data and reservations in Salesforce and internal systems
Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation and coordinate reservation details
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
2-3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
