Area Sales & Branch Manager

As the Sales & Branch Manager in Cumming, GA, you will lead sales growth and operational performance in a fast-paced, relationship-driven market. This role is designed for a hands-on sales leader who excels at building B2B relationships while executing established processes and performance expectations. You will be responsible for driving new business, leading and developing a team, and ensuring results align with company standards for profitability, service quality, and compliance. Success in this role requires strong selling skills, disciplined execution, and the ability to work closely with corporate leadership and support teams. Essential Functions In addition to traditional management responsibilities, this role will:Drive new business development through outside sales efforts, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visitsBuild and maintain strong B2B relationships with decision-makers including HR leaders, operations managers, and executivesIdentify client workforce needs and present customized staffing solutionsNegotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service termsMeet and exceed branch revenue, gross margin, and growth targetsOversee and direct office personnel to ensure branch and corporate objectives are achievedLead recruitment strategy to align talent pipelines with client demandSet managerial direction and accountability for staff scheduling, cost control, and service qualityPerform personnel functions including hiring, performance management, and compensation administrationMonitor operational performance to ensure client satisfaction and retentionRequirements Minimum 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing or service-based sales preferred)Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing new accounts, and growing revenueStrong consultative sales and negotiation skillsWell-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse personalitiesAbility to operate independently and self-manage business development activitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsSound administrative and operational management capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience with direct sales and management backgroundProficient in computer systems and office software programsCompensation Salary + CommissionGenerous Paid Leave & Benefits AvailableOur company offers a stable, growth-focused opportunity for experienced sales leaders who want to make a measurable impact.
