What You’ll Do: Work directly with homeowners in a customer-facing role Perform routine maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Install HVAC equipment and systems. Diagnose issues accurately and recommend honest, effective solutions Deliver world-class customer service while educating customers on system care Maintain detailed service records and ensure equipment is operating efficiently Keep your company vehicle stocked, organized, and ready for the next call What We’re Looking For: Minimum requirements to be considered: 3+ years of residential HVAC experience EPA Certification (required) Strong communication skills with customers and the office team Ability to safely lift 60+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces Professional appearance, positive work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship Because this role involves driving, all candidates will be asked to complete a driving questionnaire as part of the pre-employment process.
