Lead Software EngineerThis is a senior development role responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced applications and data-driven solutions within the Technology team. The role requires deep expertise in Python, data engineering, and AI/GenAI (including LLMs), with a strong focus on delivering scalable, innovative solutions to complex business problems. The individual will drive end-to-end development efforts, influence architecture decisions, and lead engineering teams while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field7–10+ years of experience developing scalable applications, including AI/ML systemsStrong expertise in Python and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.)Proven experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks and their practical application in enterprise solutionsExperience designing and deploying machine learning systems across training, inference, and monitoringStrong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and data engineering conceptsDemonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
