End User SupportBridgewater, NJ Onsite, 5x a weekResponsibilities:Deliver high-touch, white-glove end user support within executive-facing and high-visibility environmentsStrong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support non-technical stakeholders professionallyHands-on Active Directory administration experience including user management, access provisioning, group policies, and conditional accessStrong Microsoft Intune experience including device provisioning, policy management, remote support, software deployment, and endpoint administrationExperience supporting both Windows and Mac environments, including setting up policies on conditional access, software installations, renewals, and troubleshootingAbility to perform PC/laptop imaging, builds, deployment, and lifecycle supportSolid Level 3 troubleshooting experience across desktop, endpoint, and collaboration technologiesStrong AV and collaboration support experience including Teams Rooms, conference room systems, and real-time meeting support
