The Paramount Group is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of hospitality brands. This role is all about execution, from capturing and editing content to publishing, engaging, and helping bring our brand stories to life across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Creative Director to bring content calendars to life, ensure posts go out on time, and keep our communities engaged across multiple accounts. This is an ideal role for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to grow in hospitality marketing and take ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities: Report to the Creative Director and support day-to-day social media execution across multiple brands and platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest. Assist in developing and maintaining weekly and monthly content calendars. Capture, edit, and publish high-quality social content, including photography, Reels, and TikToks. Design engaging social graphics and templates using Canva. Support on-site content capture for events, tastings, shoots, and brand activations, including some nights and weekends. Assist with long form writing content for brand websites and digital channels. Manage daily community engagement, responding to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand, and hospitality-forward manner. Assist with influencer and partnership content coordination, including posting schedules and deliverables. Support the management and updating of third-party brand platforms, including OpenTable, PartySlate, The Knot, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, ensuring accurate, on-brand content and visuals. Help organize and maintain content libraries, and asset folders. Support monthly and quarterly social reporting by pulling analytics and performance insights. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visual standards, and platform best practices. Stay current on social trends, new features, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant. Support with event coverage, both on-site and real-time, including nights and weekends. Collaborate with marketing, events, and creative teams to ensure campaigns and promotions are communicated consistently. Requirements: 1–3 years of social media, content creation, or digital marketing experience, hospitality. Strong iPhone photography and videography skills, DLSR experience is a plus. Experience editing short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok. High level proficiency in Canva is required, basic graphic design skills required, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency. Ability to prepare files for print production, including sizing, formatting, cutting, and coordinating basic printing needs. Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of platform-specific tone and formatting. Familiarity with social analytics and performance tracking tools. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and content workflows. Confident self-starter and team player with a strong sense of ownership. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for event coverage and content capture.
