This role is responsible not only for delivery excellence, but also for mentoring other project managers, influencing enterprise stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale, complex, or strategically important projects across business unitsOwn end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomesProvide leadership across multiple teams, vendors, and delivery partnersServe as primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and decision-makingPartner with senior leaders to clarify priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignmentDevelop executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and presentationsCoach and mentor junior and experienced project managersDrive adoption and improvement of VMO standards, metrics, and delivery frameworksContribute to portfolio planning and prioritization discussionsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred8–10+ years of progressive project management experienceProven success delivering enterprise-scale projects in regulated or complex environmentsStrong expertise in Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologiesDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authorityAdvanced financial management and forecasting skillsCertifications (Preferred)PMPSAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach certification
