Job Title: Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise Location: Remote – United States Reports to: RVP, Sales Quick Snapshot As an Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise at Conga, you’ll have the opportunity to sell mission-critical and transformational projects to high-value organizations. You’ll work closely with Conga Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, and Customers. Central aspects of the role include creating a strong territory strategy, coordinating multiple resources (Business & Sales Development), prospecting, aligning with RevOps, Business Applications, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations executives, and co‑selling with Core Account Executives. Responsibilities & Qualifications Champion of the Customer: You understand that customers are one of business’s most important assets and take that seriously. Strong Prospecting Experience: Proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas, especially in SaaS and/or Salesforce ecosystem environments. Strategic Mindset: Deep discovery, aligning to multiple decision makers, building meaningful business relationships, developing and growing pipeline, and providing value to customers. Drive & Results: High‑performing, results‑driven sales professional who is eager to learn, grow, and find creative ways to achieve success. Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for sourcing new logos and expanding current customers through upsell and cross‑sell motions. Compensation & Benefits U.S. base salary range: $115,000 – $115,000 USD. Base salary is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education.
