Associate Project ManagerLocation: West Metro — on-site 4–5 days/week to startEmployment Type: Contract-to-HireAbout the RoleWe're looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team and work closely with a senior Project Manager to help drive delivery across several key initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines solid traditional project management fundamentals with Agile knowledge, and who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and new challenges come up regularly.You'll start by supporting core Agile ceremonies and delivery cadence, with room to grow into greater ownership as you build context with the team and the business.What You'll DoManage three daily standups, keeping cadence and momentum across teamsSupport sprint commitments — helping balance incoming work against realistic delivery timeframes and future sprint planningDrive and track delivery metricsLead retrospectives, with a focus on evolving them from a current-state format into a more effective, constructive learning toolManage annual pricing and contractsIdentify process gaps and make recommendations for improvementWork across 3 primary initial project areas, including CRM and ERPPartner closely with a senior PM, absorbing mentorship while taking on increasing responsibility over timeWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a Project Analyst, Project Co-Ordinator, Jr. Project Management or Associate PM capacity, with exposure to both Agile and traditional PM approachesComfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing prioritiesAbility to work with ambiguity — taking a task, figuring out what needs to happen, and knowing who to ask and whenStrong verbal communication skillsA proactive, driven learner who picks up new concepts quickly and isn't afraid to make suggestionsFlexibility and adaptability — willing to pick up a variety of tasks and move between projects as priorities shiftAdditional DetailsThis role is contract-to-hire, based on-site in the west Metro, requiring 4–5 days on site per week to start.We are not accepting outside solicitations, we cannot work corp to corp, this role is unable to offer sponsorship or visa support.
