Project Manager/Product Developer

We are seeking a relational, self-motivated, and strategic individual to join our leadership consulting firm. This role requires both the organizational skills of a project manager and the strategic skills of a product developer. As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with our consultants to translate ideas and strategies into actual deliverables and ensure that projects are executed with excellence from concept to completion. Your role at times will require you to wear many hats and maintain flexibility while keeping deadlines and an organized schedule. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, adapt to changing priorities, and bring clarity and structure to ambiguity.
