Project Manager/Product Developer

We are seeking a relational, self-motivated, and strategic individual to join our leadership consulting firm. This role requires both the organizational skills of a project manager and the strategic skills of a product developer. As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with our consultants to translate ideas and strategies into actual deliverables and ensure that projects are executed with excellence from concept to completion. Your role at times will require you to wear many hats and maintain flexibility while keeping deadlines and an organized schedule. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, adapt to changing priorities, and bring clarity and structure to ambiguity. We are looking for someone who aligns closely with our values of Strategy, Valuing Others, Trust, Ownership, Excellence and Connection, and who can delicately balance between people and projects. We are looking for someone who deeply resonates with our mission and is motivated to serve our clients with excellence and care. Key Responsibilities: Manage project deadlines, coordinate schedules between clients and consultants, and guide product developmentManage logistics including coordinating events, communicating with venues, and organizing eventsReceive and process high level information and turn it into key deliverables, tailored to each clientAttend and provide support at key client eventsManage multiple client projects simultaneously through completion, collaborating with consultants and ensuring timelines are metServe as the primary point of contact for clients on project logistics, proactively communicating updates, timelines, and next steps.Anticipate client needs and proactively incorporate client feedback into the continuous improvement of the overall client experience.Qualifications and Skills: Competency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPointBasic competency with CanvaBachelor’s degree preferred(Preferred) background or education in businessStrong communication skillsAlignment with our company mission, vision, and valuesBenefits:Contribution towards health insurance and a simple 401k plan Time off: 2-3 weeks, depending on qualificationsHybrid work option possible depending on experience
