Job Title: Business Developer - Entry LevelSchedule: In Office - Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (NOT Remote/ NOT Hybrid)Salary: $40,000/$45,000 + Commission DOEWe are an award-winning office currently seeking a driven Business Developer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for junior-level Business Development professionals, including outbound call center and retail industry sales candidates, to demonstrate their sales skills and expand our client base.As the Business Developer for our team, your main responsibility will be to win new clients by meeting company decision makers and providing them with customized people solutions that fit their staffing needs. You should be an organized individual and used to documenting in a CRM to track your progress and success.The Business Developer's primary emphasis is bringing in new business. Daily activities include:-Qualifying business opportunities and contacting key decision makers with a combination of B2B Face-to-Face and phone cold calls, video conferences, and appointment setting-Use of consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning, and listening techniques, etc.), value-add programs, and digital marketing platforms-Exercise discipline and persistence while following a daily/weekly plan. Demonstrate the desire and drive to become a top-performing sales professional-This is an exempt position, working in our office. Normal office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but this role will require additional time outside these hours to complete work as needed.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:- Driven and ambitious mentality to meet and exceed sales targets- Excellent telephone sales skills- Savvy with social media and/or LinkedIn- An ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy environmentWhile prior experience and knowledge of the staffing industry is helpful, we welcome candidates from other backgrounds to apply for this position (retail, outbound call center, telecommunications).
