Work Crew Supervisor

Job Description Directly oversee and supervise court-ordered community service clients. This would include transporting them to the non-profits that are scheduled for the day. Prepare and supply written reports or statements as may be required by the Director.Employment Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate with and supervise individuals who have broken the law. Ability to independently carry out responsibilities with a work crew in remote locations throughout the county. Familiarity with the proper use and care of maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.Education: High school diploma or equivalent with additional course work in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, criminal justice, or related area preferred/ helpful, but not required.Experience: Criminal Justice experience preferred but not required.Work Schedule: 8:00am to 3:00pm
