We'd be honored & humbled if you'd consider joining us.TL;DR: You'll be the primary relationship builder and point of contact for parish partners using Hallow. You will implement, activate, and sustain partnerships, helping parishes build communities of daily prayer, while driving renewals and expansion.What You'll DoIntroduce parishes to Hallow: Travel to parishes around the Northeast Region of US to give presentations on prayer, introduce parishioners to Hallow, and help them join their parish group.Relationship-building: Reach out to, and build relationships with parishes in order to incorporate them into the parish program and work hand-in-hand with the team to bring Hallow to their parishionersManage parish relationships: Design and implement business processes to support the parish program initiative, for example, managing CRM workflows to ensure that users are moving along the experience appropriately and drafting marketing materials for the team that are used in the programWhat You'll LoveMission: This work is incredibly humbling. Supporting our parish partners requires about 20%-30% of time traveling to and leading in-person events. Comp: We pay competitive market rates in terms of equity, cash, & benefits.What We're Looking ForPassion: First and foremost, we’re looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun to actually care about what you’re working on!Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations in front of large audiences; knowledge of the Catholic faith and comfort in discussing theology in groups; aptitude in managing CRM workflows and contacts; experience in a prior role focused on relationship-building or sales is a plus, as is the ability to communicate effectively in additional languages.Grit & Detail-Oriented: We are a fast-growing startup, so we’re looking for comfort working in ambiguity. Attention to detail and having a process-oriented approach to solving problems is critical, as is the ability to learn quickly and think on your feet.You can find more details on our parish program here.Compensation Range$80,000-$90,000 USD per yearThe above range only includes cash compensation. Each full-time employee in the US also receives equity compensation, alongside a top-tier benefits package (e.g., unlimited PTO, insurance, remote-flexible work, fully paid parental leave, 401(k) match, and stipends for spiritual development, health & wellness, home-office, and learning).The above range for cash compensation refers to base salary. All full-time employees are also eligible to be considered for a discretionary bonus at the end of each fiscal year. These ranges are just initial estimates. They may vary depending on market or location and may be adjusted depending on the person we end up hiring for this role, their experience, and market dynamics.We're a small team and we care deeply about each new hire, so sometimes it can take us a while to get through the hiring process for these roles.
