X-Ray Technologist/Trainer

ExecuSource has partnered with a nationally recognized Orthopedic Sports Medicine group and we are assisting them on a search for an X-Ray Technologist/Trainer for their clinic in Sandy Springs. This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity and the Hiring Manager is actively interviewing!ClinicalDuties and Responsibilities:Prepare exam room and equipment Position patient for procedures Operate digital/portable X-Ray and C-arm equipment Manage supplies and clean/disinfect exam rooms and equipment Document patient care records Training & LeadershipServe as trainer for X-Ray Tech's, including new hires and existing staff Training in digital/portable X-Ray and C-arm equipment Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires are competent in imaging protocols, equipment usage, and safety standards Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and feedback Travel to other clinic sites as needed to support training and operational needs Qualifications:ARRT certification required Minimum 5 years of experience training X-Ray Technologists Strong experience with digital/portable X-Ray and C-arm equipment Able to work independently Detail-oriented and highly organized Must be open to traveling as needed Schedule & PayMonday-Friday, 8a-5p No weekends, holidays, or call Pay: $36-$39/hr $2,500 retention bonus after (6) months of employment #HC123
