We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Peoria office, managing day-to-day operations while creating a warm, polished, and exceptional experience for every client and guest.This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone with a highly professional presence, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering elevated customer service. The right candidate understands that professionalism is their superpower and takes pride in creating a white glove hospitality experience through every interaction, whether answering the phone, welcoming guests, or supporting the flow of the office behind the scenes.
