Overview:
NuvoH2O is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support customers via phone, chat, and email, while also handling escalations, negative review recovery, and key operational workflows. This role supports a smooth customer experience and helps bridge Customer Service and Sales through strong documentation and clean handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Handle customer escalations with a retention-focused, solution-driven approach
Support responses and recovery for negative customer reviews and responses on social media platforms
Manage open cases daily: follow-ups, updates, and accurate documentation
Perform accurate CRM/ticketing notes and data entry;
Complete subscription billing outreach (follow-up calls/messages related to subscription payment issues)
Qualifications
1+ year customer service experience (escalations/retention preferred)
Strong communication, de-escalation skills, and professional presence
Multi-tasker
Comfortable with CRMs
Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
