Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lakewood, NJ, for an Associate Technical Designer. The Associate Technical Designer will support the end-to-end technical design process, including creating technical packages, assisting in fittings, and collaborating with teams on garment construction and development. The role involves pattern-making tasks and ensuring garments meet the highest quality standards, aligning with defined brand aesthetics. The individual will regularly interact with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent and production standards are achieved. Qualifications Technical Design and Pattern Making skills to develop and refine detailed technical packages and ensure precision in design specificationsExpertise in Garment Construction and Fitting to support product development and ensure proper fit and high-quality finishingPractical understanding of design principles and Architecture as it applies to fashion and apparel constructionStrong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field is preferredProficiency in relevant tools and software, such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD, is an advantageExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with designers and production teams
