A healthcare opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures. Its location provides easy access to natural beauty and recreational activities throughout the year.Responsibilities:Assist in planning and delivering perioperative nursing care during cardiovascular surgeries.Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.Maintain sterile field and surgical asepsis throughout procedures.Manage surgical instruments and equipment specific to cardiovascular operations.Provide post-operative care and education to patients and families as necessary.Participate in on-call rotation approximately 10-12 days per month, including every third weekend.Schedule:Day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.On-call duties as specified.Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.Specialized experience or certification in Cardiovascular Operating Room nursing preferred.Strong clinical skills and the ability to function efficiently in a high-pressure environment.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Flexibility to work day shifts and participate in on-call rotation.This is a contract position offering excellent exposure to advanced cardiovascular surgical nursing.
