Ability to wireprimary and secondary controls. Use\proper welding, vacuum, recovery and nitrogen purging practices. Abilityto lead, teach, & treat less\experienced technicians respectfully, fairly, and honestly. Pay is basedupon knowledge, experience and certification.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Conduct daily safety briefings. Maintain safe working conditions at all times. Maintain condition, functionality and use of proper PPE (PersonalProtective Equipment) at all times. Professionally install all types of HVAC equipment in residentialand commercial customer applications Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all types of HVAC equipment. Look for opportunities to upgrade our customers to newer and moreefficient equipment. Always keep the safety of yourself and coworkers first. Must be available to work after hours when needed.
