Must be able to cover night shift and weekends and be available for call-ins, emergencies, or scheduled overtimeComplete Lock Out / Tag Out TrainingSummary of Job Responsibilities:Complete basic paperwork as requiredBasic understanding of relay and PLC logicAble to read and understand wiring schematics and diagramsAbility to troubleshoot and wire control voltage circuitsBasic AC or DC motor knowledge, wiring, and troubleshootingMust be able to fabricate using electric arc welder and cutting torchBasic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics system with ability to troubleshoot and repair when neededHave knowledge of all departmental paperworkWork in team environment and assist othersAbility to operate forklift and scissor lift safelyAbility to work in elements (Heat, Cold) as well as work from elevated platformsNeed to have required toolsAbility to read ohms, amps, and volts, AC or DC using multimeterAbility to work with high voltageKnowledge of basic relay logic and control wiring of Start/Stop circuit/ limit switches, sensors, contactors, transformers, heaters, etc.Knowledge of drill press, grinder, and band saw/Basic troubleshooting knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment such as valves, cylinders, and pumpsBasic knowledge of pumps such as vacuum, water booster, and hydraulicBasic knowledge of bearing, shafts, sprockets, pulleys, reduction, and distribution gearboxes, transmissions, etc.Ability to read a depth gauge, calipers, micrometer, and tape measure for basic machining and fabricatingSummary of Job Responsibilities (continued):Comply and ensure all safety and company policies and procedures are followed.MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 POUNDS. ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED WITH ANYTHING OVER 50 POUNDS -- NO EXCEPTIONSAny other duties assigned by your supervisorPreferred Qualifications & Education:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of two years of experience, training, or education on any of the above a plus (such as PLC training, Motors and Controls, Pneumatic and Hydraulic, DC theory, etc.)
