Job DescriptionSlice Merchant Services is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our growing organization. In this position, you will employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the best possible talent and achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating/screening job candidates, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with the VP of Sales to identify target areas for recruiting.Recruiter's Duties And ResponsibilitiesEstablish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectivesMeet with managers to discuss needsBuild applicant sources by headhunting on all available resume databasesAttract applicants by sending out emails and contacting them via telephoneDetermine applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirementsImprove the organization's attractiveness by providing a professional experience to each candidateCompleting data entry of all new hires in SalesForce, uploading documents, and sending out marketing materials as necessaryRecruiter's Requirements And QualificationsProven work experience as a recruiter ( in-house or staffing agency is preferred)1 year of recruiting experience preferredProfessional and articulate; able to communicate well and engage interested candidatesKnowledge of Microsoft Office as well as SalesforceAbility to multi-task and practice time managementExcellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to maintain the highly confidential nature of candidates personal informationSkills in database management and record-keepingIf you feel like you would be a GREAT fit for this opportunity, APPLY TODAY!!!!Company DescriptionSlice Merchant Services offers innovative payment processing solutions to merchants.
