Job Title: Account Executive - IT Consulting ServicesLocation: New Jersey (Preferred)Work Model: Hybrid (NJ-based candidates preferred)Open to Candidates From: NJ, PA, NY, NC, TXAbout the RoleWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive - IT Consulting Services to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling IT consulting and/or IT staff augmentation services and a strong understanding of modern technology solutions including AI/Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.This role focuses on acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities for IT consulting and staff augmentation servicesSell one or more of the following service offerings:AI & Data AnalyticsCybersecurityCloud SolutionsEnterprise Applications (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and technology needsManage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closureCollaborate with recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfactionMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsMaintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in CRM toolsStay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offeringsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in selling IT Consulting Services and/or IT Staff Augmentation servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling technology services in at least one of the following areas: AI/Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Enterprise ApplicationsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholdersExperience working with US-based clients preferredPreferred QualificationsProven track record of building client relationships and book of business in the IT services spaceExperience selling enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow
