SCADA Project Manager

Our objective is to be the trusted, first-choice service provider for delivering best-in-class operational technology to control, automate, operate, analyze and optimize assets.Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee end-to-end execution of enterprise SCADA platform deploymentsLead delivery of Ignition SCADA and AVEVA PI platform rollouts across multiple assetsOwn integrated project planning, schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive level status reportingProvide quality control and delivery oversight, ensuring adherence to scope, standards, and agreed architectureLead change management coordination, including stakeholder alignment, readiness planning, and operational adoptionPlan and execute cutover activities with operations teams, including golive readiness, operational handover, stabilization, and hypercareCoordinate architecture, infrastructure, OT cybersecurity, data warehouse, and report migration activitiesEnsure alignment with OT security standards and Purdue Model architectureOwn budget forecasting, tracking, and variance management in partnership with finance and vendorsDrive cross functional coordination across operations, controls, IT, OT, and data teamRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Project Management or related fields8+ years managing largescale SCADA or industrial control system programs for oil & gas or heavy industrial domainsDirect project management experience with Ignition SCADA deploymentsDirect project management experience with AVEVA PI (historian, AF, visualization)Proven experience partnering with system integrators in complex delivery modelsStrong working knowledge of OT cybersecurity and the Purdue ModelDemonstrated success leading operational cutovers in live production environmentsExperience with budget management, forecasting, and cost controlPreferred SkillsExperience with Cygnet and/or Wonderware environmentsFamiliarity with Snowflake or industrial data warehousing and analytics platformsBackground in brownfield SCADA modernization or phased migrations Work Location & Travel:Onsite role based out of ConocoPhillips’ Houston officeMinimal routine travel. However, travel requirements may increase during key phases such as design workshops, field engagements, training, and cutover activities.
