The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising financial operations, overseeing accounting staff, and playing a key role in strategic financial planning and analysis. This includes managing financial operations and accounting personnel, developing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, performing financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and audits. The Deputy CFO will also be involved in allocating capital funds for projects, preparing financial reports for leadership and the board, and liaising with financial institutions and external auditors.Applicants for the Deputy CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or business administration, along with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role, is required. Experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
