This role owns the full FP&A cycle for the functions it supports, including monthly close and reporting, rolling forecast, ad hoc analysis, and the annual Target Setting process.Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGReporting & CloseServe as the primary Finance contact for the Technology organization and other corporate functions, providing timely and accurate financial reporting each periodPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for supported functions; communicate performance drivers and variances clearly to business partners and Finance leadershipPartner with Accounting to ensure period-end accruals, journal entries, and other close activities reflect accurate results; review and approve capital and expense requests in support of spending controlsOwn recurring budget management activities for supported functions, including tracking actuals against plan, understanding and explaining variances to functional leaders, and partnering to keep spend aligned with targets Forecasting & Target SettingLead the monthly rolling forecast process for all supported functions, ensuring inputs are collected, reviewed, and submitted accurately and on timeOwn the annual Target Setting process end-to-end for supported functions, coordinating submissions from functional leaders, consolidating assumptions, and delivering a complete and defensible budget packageProactively identify and communicate forecast risks and opportunities to Finance leadership and functional partners; recommend actions to close gapsMaintain and improve forecast models, headcount trackers, and budget management tools to support accuracy and efficiency Analysis & Business PartnershipBuild and maintain financial models to support business case analysis, investment decisions, and scenario planningPrepare and deliver clear, executive-ready presentations (e.g., MBR materials, budget reviews) for VP and SVP audiencesDevelop deep familiarity with Technology and supported functions spend structure, including vendor contracts, capitalization policies, and headcount costs, to provide proactive and value-added insightLead analysis for ad hoc financial requests from functional leaders, Finance leadership, and senior executives, delivering clear findings and recommendations Process & SystemsLeverage OneStream and connected Finance systems for forecasting and reporting activities, ensuring data inputs are accurate and outputs are reliableIdentify and drive process improvement opportunities across the Finance cadence; document current-state workflows and implement changes that reduce manual effort and improve reliabilityApply data analytics tools, including Power Query, Power BI, and Excel-based automation, to streamline recurring reports, consolidate data from multiple sources, and deliver cleaner, faster insights to business partnersEnsure compliance with US GAAP and all Corporate Finance policies; escalate issues as appropriate Minimum RequirementsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOUOwnership Mindset: Takes full accountability for the work product of the functions they support; proactively manages open items to closure and communicates status without being askedAnalytical Rigor: Structures problems well; builds clean, auditable models; draws insights beyond the numbers and translates them into clear recommendationsSense of Urgency: Responds to requests quickly, keeps deliverables moving, and doesn't let open items ageAccounting Foundation: Solid working knowledge of US GAAP; comfortable with accruals, journal entry review, and period-end close activitiesExecutive Presence: Comfortable preparing for and presenting in front of VP- and SVP-level audiences; adapts communication style to the audience and the stakesCollaboration: Builds trust quickly with cross-functional partners; navigates a matrixed environment effectivelyDetail Orientation: Produces accurate, well-reviewed work; applies consistent review standards before outputs leave FinanceWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required4-6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables against competing deadlines with limited oversightTrack record of presenting financial results and analysis to senior leadershipExperience identifying and implementing process improvements that reduced manual effort or improved reporting accuracyExperience supporting corporate functions (e.g., Technology, HR, Legal) strongly preferredExperience with other CPM/EPM platforms (OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive) consideredAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query; strong PowerPoint skills requiredExperience with Power BI or other data visualization tools a plusFamiliarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferredTravel Requirements0-25%#LI-EG1The range for this position is $104,200.00 to $187,500.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
