Primary Care Physician Senior-Focused Outpatient Practice Kansas City, MOSalary: $225K-315KA rapidly expanding, senior-focused outpatient care organization is seeking dedicated Primary Care Physicians who want to practice medicine with purpose. Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based standards. Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team including NPs/PAs, nurses, behavioral health specialists, social workers, clinical pharmacists, care coordinators, and quality-based coders. Participate in daily huddles, collaborate on care plans, and ensure accurate documentation aligned with quality and value-based standards. Current or attainable medical license in the state of practice. Strong interest in senior care and value-based medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in geriatrics, Medicare Advantage, VBC, HEDIS, or EMR systems is helpful but not required for motivated learners. Candidates must be pursuing full-time, Monday Friday employment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary range of $225,000 $315,000 depending on experience and location.
